WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bonnymary Products sells as a gift and craft mall. Most items are new, but there are occasions when items are also used. If an item is used, a notation will be made at the sales site. Bonnymary strives to send items that are working correctly and they are tested before shipping. Because this is a gift and craft mall, all sales are final.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Bonnymary Products strives to ship to you safely and quickly. Many products on this site take from a few days to two weeks for delivery. Many products take from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Some products are ordered and must be made by hand, consequently there is an added time element according to availability. Shipping time is listed on each item as a "guess" only. Items shipped for Free typically take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Bonnymary will attempt to give an estimate for shipping at each site if there may be added time included in the shipping. Also, because shipping costs have been increased and are based on weight and destination, and sometimes the billing on the site makes errors, adjustments must be made, at which time an e-mail will be sent. All shipping costs, if charged, must be paid before shipment is made.
